If you're not familiar with the NDAA, you should read up on it as soon as possible. It is a terrible grab of power by the federal government, and the president in particular, to rescind at his whim the rights of American citizens "suspected" of crimes, and could be very, very easily abused for the purpose of giving the president power to decide who is or is not guilty, and to hold them without charges and without trial indefinitely. The Tenth Amendment Center has posted some terrific draft legislation for your state to use to nullify this monstrous power-grab and crime against Liberty by the Imperial federal government.
